Jupiter’s Transit Via Cancer

Jupiter will re-enter Cancer Sign around 2nd June 2026 and stay there until 31st October 2026. Previously it had entered Cancer Sign between Mid-October to December 2025 which resulted in heavy rains, floods or cyclones in Srilanka, Thailand, Philippines, Haiti, Jamaica and Spain.

This time also chances of cloudbursts, flash floods, cyclones and heavy rains are not ruled from July 2026 onwards once Jupiter reaches 7°40′ in Cancer Sign. Mountain regions or cities near sea can particularly see heavy loss of lives. Ofcourse rest of regions who receive rainfall between June to September may see below average rainfall after 18th June 2026 once Jupiter moves into Pushya nakshatra. Adequate rainfall will only happen a week before or probably after 19th August 2026 when Jupiter moves into Ashlesha nakshatra.

After 31st October 2026 it moves into Leo and later comes back into Cancer again around February 2027. But when it re-enters Cancer it will travel via Ashlesha nakshatra only. It will not travel back into Punarvasu or Punarvasu nakshatra until Mid-September 2037.
